Make a Random Roxie Reversing Maze
The key to this maze is to make the whole page look visually complicated.
Mazes like this are found in Roxie's six maze books (Mazescapes, Amazement Park, Wild West Trail Ride Maze, Mazeways: A to Z, EcoMazes: 12 Earth Adventures, and Market Maze), two apps (Roxie's a-Maze-ing Vacation Adventure and Roxie's Puzzle Adventure), and KIWi Storybook's "Maze-O-Politan."
You don't have to be an artist to make a random maze...you can draw trees like a lollipop on a stick, or little squares for houses. Just make lots of them! It's nice to make a maze with a road, because then you can have people follow the maze on the right side, like we drive here in the USA, and that can create some fun variations.
But for this maze we will take a hike up a mountain from the parking lot to a picnic area, and find our way back on a different path. You should start your maze in pencil,
so you can erase, and later go over the lines in ink.
